KristalI've had the pleasure of working with Jet at Hub City Appraisals who is nothing short of exceptional , truly deserving of a 5-star review. His extensive knowledge of the real estate market and valuation principles is evident from the start, ensuring confidence in his appraisal report. Not only is he highly knowledgeable, but his efficiency in conducting the appraisal is commendable. He completes the process swiftly without compromising on thoroughness or accuracy, making it a smooth and hassle-free experience for everyone involved in the transaction. It's rare to find such a combination of expertise and efficiency, and I would highly recommend Jet to anyone in need of a reliable appraisal!

Jet has helped answer all my questions, is incredibly transparent and insightful and has helped me in a pinch on getting measurements more than once.  He’s always helped me understand the appraisal process and made it simple with his vast knowledge and experience in this field.  He’s done an incredible job of maintaining relationships with realtors to help better educate in this field and that’s something I appreciate about him.  He’s always my first call when I have an appraisal related question and will continue to be.

Jet and his team are great! Always willing to help, quick to respond, and accurate!

This group of appraisers are always positive, precise, and true professionals in their field.  Jet, and his crew, beat the others with quick response, prompt appointments, and great turn around.  I have hired them several times to pre-appraise properties I could not find recent comps to sustain.  I have been pleased to present their appraisals to the clients and therefore, pricing their properties correctly for the current market.  So glad we have Hub City Appraisals in our tool belt in the Lubbock area.  Keep up the excellent work, guys!  Highly recommend!

I have worked with Hub City Appraisals as a Realtor for about three years both intentionally through ARV appraisals, pre-appraisals and passively whenever they pick up an appraisal for various lenders in Real Estate transactions. The owner Jet, is a great person and consummate professional. Through his work he continues to be a pillar of the Lubbock community. Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely the best and most knowledgeable appraiser that I've worked with. Also, their promptness and professionalism is top notch. I can trust them to communicate with me in a kind manner. Jet has become a trusted business associate that I often refer to and he's helped many of my clients who also speak highly of him.

I contacted Hub City Appraisals to perform an appraisal on a home that I'm purchasing in the area and they were so accommodating with the timeline I had to get it done. The report was very thorough and I will definitely call on them again for any future needs. Thank you Hub City!!!
